School Performance Data
At St Stephen's, we are proud of the progress and achievements of our pupils. We are committed to providing a high-quality education that supports every child to reach their full potential - academically, socially, and emotionally.
As a state-funded primary range of national measures, these include end-of-key-stage results (Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2), phonics screening outcomes, and other indicators of pupil progress and attainment.
Key areas of performance data include:
-
Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS): The percentage of children achieving a Good Level of Development.
-
Phonics Screening Check (Year 1): The proportion of pupils meeting the expected standard.
-
Key Stage 1 (Year 2) Assessments: Results in reading, writing, and mathematics.
-
Key Stage 2 (Year 6) Assessments: Progress and attainment in reading, writing, mathematics, and grammar, punctuation and spelling (GPS).
You can view our most recent performance data on the DfE School Performance Tables website.
It is important to note that while performance data provides valuable insight, it is only one part of the picture. At St Stephen's, we place equal emphasis on a broad and balanced curriculum, personal development, well-being, and preparing children for life beyond primary school.
